Trip Dates are March 2-8, 2024

 

This trip will be a fly or U-drive trip.  We will be staying at EastWest Hospitality formally Tahoe Mountain Lodging at Northstar Ski Resort.  Each condo will have one queen bed and two singles.  There is also a sleeper sofa if a group wishes to put 5 in a condo for a reduced price.  Condo complex is serviced by Big Springs Express Gondola and Village Express Lift.  Trip will include 5 full ski days and 6 nights of lodging.  Each Condominium has a  fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave) with all dishware and cookware provided.  If you choose flying, the trip will include transportation to and from the Tahoe Airport, flight and everything else in the package.

NOTES: 

1. We are booked on United Airlines flying out of Denver. If we fill the trip quickly enough, we will present the option and cost to the group to fly out of Colorado Springs on Southwest.  NOTE:  United charges $30 for the first bag and $40 for the second bag, these cost will be the responsibility of the flyer.  Ski Bag and Boot bag are considered one bag as long as they do not exceed 50 lbs. 
2. Each Condo will be assigned a van. We will require one volunteer from the condo to drive the Van and use their insurance in-lieu of Collision Damage Waiver.  The volunteer will only be required to drive to/from the airport and make one trip to Safeway (15 miles away), any other trips are completely voluntary and only the volunteer driver will be allowed to drive the van.  We know of at least one condo that will be going to Heavenly ski resort one day.  The trip will cover up to $225 of fuel for each condo’s Van, any fuel costs exceeding $225 will be the responsibility of the riders.   
3. We will have at least one full meal provided. We will also offer drinks and snacks every evening for an hour.  If we reach full capacity or more, there will be more provided.  One trip to Safeway will be provided to everyone to obtain supplies for the week, approximately 8 miles away.
4. We intend to only have one person assigned to a bed, couples for the queen beds. There are bunk beds in the second bedroom, but only one person will be assigned to the lower bunk, nobody in the upper bunk.

Single Supplement: $1000
